Locaiton : Silver Cross Home Health

Shift : Days, 5x8s, 8am-4 : 30pm

Requirements :

2yrs+ Home Health experience

EMR-Matrix

Territory : Within 15 miles (may increase if census is low and they need to offer the 40 hours)

Census : 24-26 on case load. If given a bigger territory that number will go down.

Mileage : Reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.
