Established Dallas-based employee-owned architectural metal company in Dallas is hiring for a Project Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects in Texas, Georgia, Washington DC, Virginia, and Florida. This position is full-time, with occasional travel to job sites as needed. Shift- 1st flexibility for weekends is required 8 / 10hr shifts Salary-70-90K (DOE)

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee architectural metal projects from contract signing through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Conduct job site visits as necessary to ensure quality control and smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, production, and installation teams to ensure alignment.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field teams to prevent and resolve issues before they arise.
• Track project financials, manage change orders, and issue RFIs to keep projects aligned with scope and budget.
• Forecast potential challenges and provide solutions before they become roadblocks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
