Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Multiple CA Locations

Job Type : Full-Time

Locations : Anaheim, CA | Modesto, CA | Rancho Mirage, CA

Join a dynamic, patient-centered healthcare team dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners for full-time opportunities across multiple California locations in primary care, specialty clinics, and urgent care settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical exams and medical histories
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Prescribe treatments and medications per state guidelines
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize care
• Maintain compliant and timely documentation
• Engage in quality improvement and stay up to date on clinical best practices

Requirements

Compensation

$115,000 – $135,000 base salary

Plus RVU and quality bonuses
