Salary :  $120,000–$160,000 annually (DOE)

Status :  Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional weekends and evenings required

Travel :  Required to local offices and job sites

Overview :

Great Basin Staffing LLC is urgently seeking an experienced  Project Manager  to lead and coordinate commercial HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects. This role requires a self-starter who can independently manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of HVAC / plumbing / process piping projects
• Lead client communications, proposals, budgeting, and change orders
• Oversee labor coordination and project scheduling
• Ensure contract compliance and cost control
• Support recruiting, mentoring, and internal collaboration across departments
• Conduct site visits and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
