Youll manage high-visibility work ranging from mid-six-figure to multimillion-dollar scopes, keeping schedules, budgets, safety, and client expectations fully aligned. What Youll Do :
Lead multiple restoration and waterproofing projects from preconstruction through closeoutMaintain full responsibility for scheduling, production tracking, safety, forecasting, and field executionConduct job walks, plan access (lifts, swing stages, scaffolding), and coordinate materials and deliveriesWork closely with Estimators during handoff and maintain disciplined documentation throughout each projectManage submittals, RFIs, permits, change orders, cost control, and client communicationKeep Foremen, subcontractors, and crews aligned on daily priorities and expectationsEnsure updated drawings, scope clarifications, and material specs are communicated to the fieldApply strong working knowledge of building envelope systems including masonry, concrete, coatings, sealants, stucco, and waterproofing membranesUse tools such as Procore, CRM platforms, and client portals for documentation and transparencyDrive projects to completion with clean closeout packages, warranties, punch lists, and confirmed milestonesWhat Youll Need :
2+ years of experience managing exterior restoration, waterproofing, faade, structural repair, or building envelope projectsStrong field awareness, sequencing ability, and hands-on knowledge of lifts, swing stages, shoring, coatings, and sealant workAbility to read and interpret commercial drawings and technical specsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and willingness to learn new technology and digital toolsValid drivers license and clean driving recordComfort with early start times and a fast-moving work environmentBilingual Spanish is a plusWho Succeeds in This Role :
