Job description

Center Director – Gahanna (Columbus, OH) Clinic :

  • Low T Center Salary : $150,000 annually + $400 per Saturday worked Schedule : Monday–Friday clinical hours, with a minimum of one Saturday per month Lead with Purpose.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated clinic team to deliver exceptional patient care and service.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and workflow to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision and delegation of the Medical Director.
  • Mentor, train, and evaluate clinic staff — fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture.
  • Manage clinic schedules, PTO, and performance counseling to maintain team alignment.
  • Ensure timely documentation, accurate charting, and adherence to all medical protocols.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to meet performance and quality goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment that reflects our brand standards.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Master’s degree from an accredited medical school or center of medicine.
  • Active Ohio Mid Level Provider (FNP or PAc)  State License , NPI , and DEA License (required).
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven record of driving results while maintaining a culture of care and accountability.
  • Proficiency in EMR Systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
