Warehouse Associate - Inventory

Location : Kansas City KC

Compensation : $18.50 / hour

Schedule : Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) youll help pick organize and prepare auto parts orders for shipmentkeeping our supply chain running strong. This active high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy teamwork and personal growth. Whether youre pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. Multiple shifts competitive pay and incredible incentives await!

Paid $500 after 6 months another $500 at 12 months of continuous active full-time employment

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center :

  • Product Handling : Accurately pull scan package and stage orders for delivery
  • Inbound Processing : Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Loading & Unloading : Stack wrap and load / unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Equipment Operation : Use pallet jacks forklifts order pickers and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • Inventory Accuracy : Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
  • Team Collaboration : Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
  • Clean & Safe Workplace : Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
  • Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

    • Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO

  • Are you 18 years of age or older
  • Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
  • Are you comfortable working on your feet all daystanding walking bending and climbing ladders
  • Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
  • Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced accuracy-driven environment
  • Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic
  • Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
  • Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience (Preferred but not required)
