Monday to Friday (8a to 5 p).Census : ages 2+Focus : assist with chronic disease management and prevention.Duties : prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health issues.Mount Jackson - Critical Dates : Sept 9, 11, 12, 16, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30 (Accepting FNP).
