An outpatient only IM role in an independent, community hospital setting with practice options to fit your preferences and training!

Position Highlights :

  • Practice full-time with a 4-day work week in an outpatient setting - Epic with generative AI for efficient charting
  • Dedicated Physician Liaison to assist with practice growth, professional relationships, and community outreach
  • Option to serve as faculty providing oversight in the Residency / Faculty clinic
  • PRN back up to our hospitalist team if desired
  • Certified Primary Stroke and level III Trauma Center, Cancer Center, EPIC EMR, and state-of-the-art technology and equipment

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Competitive guaranteed base salary for up to 3 years with added wRVU bonus structure
  • $45,000 sign on bonus and up to $10,000 paid relocation
  • Stipend / Early signing bonus, renewable loan repayment program options
  • 31 days PTO, 5 days and $5,000 CME plus a comprehensive benefit program
  • 401a and 403b retirement options and malpractice coverage with tail
  • Board of Physicians works with Administration to provide clinical insight into decisions
