Maintenance Technician (Carmel)

Keystone's Sophia Square is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our residential properties. This hands-on role involves preventative and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems. Youll handle repairs, respond to tenant requests, maintain inventory, and support property inspections.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems
• Respond to tenant work orders and service requests
• Inspect buildings and equipment for safety and functionality
• Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting for maintenance needs
