• Call Schedule : On-Call provider takes nightly / weekend / holiday call; rotation 1 : 18
• Practice Detail : Ascension Medical Group-Richmond St Clinic, Appleton, WI is looking for a Family Practice Advanced Provider to join our elite team (4 MD / DOs and 3 Nurse Practitioners-fully staffed). Thriving clinic environment, and providers see 12-18 patients per day. Conveniently located off Hwy 41. Radiology, Lab, Physical Therapy and Urgent Care onsite.
