Marketing Assistant

We are looking to hire a full-time, entry-level Marketing Assistant to join our promotions and sales team!

As a leader in experiential marketing & client acquisitions, we specialize in creating and implementing customized marketing and sales strategies for a large portfolio of clients. By using a personalized approach to brand recognition, we connect brands directly with consumers through sales, direct advertising, promotions, lead generation, and special events within local markets and businesses! In this entry-level role, the Marketing Assistant will utilize their upbeat personality and ability to engage audiences to create excitement with target demographics during promotional events and campaigns. The Marketing Assistant will also support the promotions and sales team with administrative, advertising, marketing, and sales tasks as needed. Develop and execute promotional sales tactics in-person to increase brand awareness and educate consumers about our clients' products. Engage directly with potential customers to generate excitement about featured brands and their products / services. Promote consumer engagement through interaction and product / service demonstrations. Enhance product and brand knowledge by attending weekly meetings and staying updated on offerings. Assist in educating new employees on product benefits, costs, and promotion details. Responsibilities also include negotiating customer contracts, upselling products, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. Marketing Assistant Requirements : College degree in sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, advertising, or related fields is advantageous. Internship and entry-level experience will also be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization and planning abilities. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Availability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions. Excellent time management skills and ability to follow schedules. Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Must have access to a vehicle and be willing to travel to promotional events.
