Job Description : The Director Business Development (DBD) leads the pursuit of new business and expansion / renewal opportunities. The successful DBD will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation, providing clear direction on deal strategy, pricing, service, and value proposition. Focus is on new contracts, team selling, and solution selling.

Compensation : Pay type : Salaried; $140,000-$160,000 base salary. Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and / or long-term incentive plan.
