Job Summary :

Incedo is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Scrum Master / Product Owner with a solid technical application development background to join our dynamic technology team. You will serve a dual role in leading Agile practices while managing product ownership responsibilities for strategic application initiatives within our enterprise platform team.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Scrum Master :

  • Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and delivery best practices.
  • Remove impediments and foster a high-performing team environment.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Track and report team metrics (velocity, sprint burn-down, etc.) and use them to drive continuous improvement.

As a Product Owner :

  • Define and own the product backlog, ensuring that it is visible, transparent, and clearly prioritized.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, providing clarity on product vision and roadmap.
  • Ensure features meet acceptance criteria and deliver intended business value.
  • Actively participate in PI Planning and release management activities.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of experience in IT / Software Development roles.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master and / or Product Owner in Agile environments.
  • Strong technical background in application development , system integration, or cloud-based platforms (preferably in Java, .NET, or similar stacks).
  • Experience working with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or VersionOne.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, prioritization, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and interface with senior leadership.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in the financial services or wealth management domain.
  • Certifications such as CSM , PSM , CSPO , or SAFe PO / PM .
  • Familiarity with enterprise application architecture and cloud technologies (AWS / Azure).
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and data modeling.

    • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
