Psychometrician

A company is looking for a Psychometrician to join their Assessments team.

Key Responsibilities

Extract and transform assessment data

Perform psychometric and statistical analyses, including item and test analysis

Support senior psychometricians with assessment projects and contribute to research efforts

Required Qualifications

3+ years of education, training, and experience in statistics and / or psychometrics

3+ years of statistical programming experience in languages such as Python, Go, or R

Experience working with databases and SQL

Proven cross-cultural competency skills

Ability to balance assessment rigor with innovation
