Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift : 8H Days Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, No on-call

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : RN License Required

Must-Have : Ability to work in both home health and hospice settings

Job Description :

• Work in home health and hospice settings.
• Collaborate effectively with patients and families to deliver quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations and policies.
• Wear navy or royal blue scrubs; WVU t-shirts are common attire among staff.
• Utilize the charting system (unspecified) for patient documentation.
• Adhere to shift schedule of Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM.
• Travel to patient homes and provide care as per care plans.
• Utilize personal vehicle for patient visits; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate.
