London, Kentucky, Hospital Nocturnist Opportunity Clinical Role :

We are hiring for a Nocturnistposition. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

We are seekingnocturniststo join our close-knit team of ten physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs)

We actively support each other at every turn, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care

We proudly offer visa sponsorship (H1B or J1) for those who require it, with dedicated in-house visa specialists and licensing and credentialing experts

Qualifications : Board certification or eligibility in family or internal medicine.

Not accepting new graduates.

Manage various cases in a 150-bed hospital, focusing on complex cases in a semi-open ICU, benefiting from round-the-clock intensivist coverage

Collaborate closely with nursing staff and engage in key medical staff committees, including the credentialing and medical executive committees, to improve communication and patient care

Work within a structured program divided into two daytime groups, with support from a dedicated nocturnist for night coverage

Compensation : competitive salary with additional bonuses based on performance

Client isoffering signing incentives of$125,000 for the Nocturnist position
