Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our beautiful 240-unit communities, Ironwood! This is an excellent opportunity in a beautiful location for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry!
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordinating of employee activities and outside contractors engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds.

QUALIFICATIONS
Salary is $39.00-$41.00 / hourly. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
