Wireless Sales Representative (Bilingual) Core Functions

• Actively engage with potential customers to understand their telecommunications needs and recommend the best AT&T products and services.
• Utilize your fluency in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base, expanding our reach and impact in the community.
• Collaborate with the sales team, including fellow Bilingual Sales Associate, to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases to provide informed recommendations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
