Automation Engineer

A company is looking for an Automation & Open Source Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Own and enhance custom internal software to support the launch of multiple companies per month using AI and automation

Source and evaluate open source projects for potential company formation

Act as system administrator and contribute to underlying open source software for supported companies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Background in software engineering, particularly in backoffice systems and workflow automation

Proficiency with LLMs, APIs, RAG, and prompt engineering

Experience with CI / CD pipelines, including testing, containerization, and deployments

Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus
