Job Overview

This is a high-visibility role where your insights will shape decisions, drive performance, and elevate operations across the region. You'll collaborate directly with leadership, dive deep into financial data, and lead initiatives that improve accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. In addition to your strategic responsibilities, you'll also lead and develop a team of four, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to the Regional Manager, supporting financial goals and business initiatives.
• Provide accounting support including GAAP compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, SAP / CDK system support, and process improvement.
• Analyze and communicate key financial data to leadership; identify opportunities for improved processes and results.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; prepare annual and quarterly income statement and balance sheet plans.
• Review cost center data, sales margins, purchase price variances, and manufacturing variances; communicate findings to leadership.
• Support machine and rental contract reviews to ensure appropriate terms and revenue recognition.

Manage financial aspects of machine closeouts, WIP reviews, inventory initiatives, regional reserves, and oversee A / R and collections.

Assist internal and external auditors during financial audits and ensure proper internal controls.

Perform manual journal entries and manage internal orders for proper accounting and timely processing.

Lead and develop a team of four, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
