Accounting Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist for Affinity Billing. Key Responsibilities Monitor bank accounts and process daily / monthly entries into the general ledger Manage intercompany and operating reimbursable billing processes, including invoice preparation and accounts receivable statements Prepare balance sheet and bank account reconciliations, and calculate monthly journal entries Required Qualifications Associate degree in accounting or a related field 3+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial analysis experience or equivalent education and experience Experience with complex Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking and analysis Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees within the organization
