Director, Talent Attraction & Talent Development

As Director, Talent Attraction & Talent Development, you will lead global talent acquisition and development strategies, with a special focus on strengthening INNIO's employer brand in the US market. Based in Houston, you will partner with Executive & Senior leaders across the globe to attract, retain, and grow top talent, ensuring INNIO is recognized as an employer of choice in the US and globally.

As INNIO continues its rapid growth, this role will initially concentrate on talent attractionbuilding a strong pipeline and increasing our visibility in key markets, particularly in the United States. While talent development is an important part of our long-term strategy, its priority will grow over time as we invest in developing future capabilities and supporting career growth.

Key Responsibilities :

US Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

  • Lead efforts to make INNIO a recognized employer of choice in the US, especially in high-growth locations like Houston / TX, Trenton / NJ and Waukesha / WI. Deliver branding initiatives that are authentic, innovative, and resonate worldwide.
  • Build on existing employer branding strategies in global key talent markets for INNIO (Austria / Germany, Hungary & other countries).
  • Lead campaigns and partnerships that highlight INNIO's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and its impact on local communities.
  • Tailor global strategies to resonate with talent pools and market expectations, special focus on our growing demand in the United States.

Global Talent Acquisition

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with INNIO's values and business needs across all regions.
  • Standardize and optimize recruitment processes, leveraging AI and digital tools for efficiency and quality.
  • Leverage advanced data analytics to monitor and enhance recruiting performance, utilizing tools to analyze trends in candidate sourcing, pipeline quality, time-to-fill, and diversity outcomesenabling informed decisions and continuous improvement in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international standards.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead and mentor a diverse, high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to US & global business leaders, anticipating workforce needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and executive search firms across the globe.
  • Performance Management, Talent Development & Succession Planning

  • Continue to strengthen and implement the global Performance Management Process.
  • Lead succession planning and tailored talent development strategy for key roles.
  • Enhance and elevate our existing talent development and training curriculum by building on current strengths and incorporating innovative approaches, ensuring it evolves to meet emerging business needs and remains closely aligned with both global and US priorities.
  • Drive a continuous learning culture by leveraging blended learning strategies, including digital platforms, in-person workshops, and mentorship programs to upskill and reskill employees for future needs.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years' progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and development, preferably in energy, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven success in US and international hiring, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with digital HR platforms, AI-enabled recruitment tools, and US labor compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills; ability to inspire teams and drive results in multicultural environments.
