Description of Job : The Colorado Community College System (CCCS) is hiring a Programs & Curriculum Manager to join our System Office's Curriculum Development team. We're looking for someone who can effectively and pleasantly communicate and interact with our partners and faculty at the system colleges. Note : This position is approved for one year from the employee's start date. Funding for future years will be reviewed on an annual basis.

As the Programs & Curriculum Manager, you will provide system-level leadership for curriculum, program approval, catalog, and scheduling processes across CCCS. This role manages key curriculum governance functions, including Aligned Course Requirements (ACR), CourseLeaf, Banner, and statewide committees such as the Statewide Discipline Chairs (SDC) and the Statewide Faculty Curriculum Committee (SFCC). You will ensure that course, program, and catalog information is accurate, compliant, and consistently implemented across all CCCS institutions.

Manage Career & Technical Education (CTE) and non-CTE program approval processes, including bachelor's degree (BAS) approvals, pre-approvals, and renewals.

Conduct Banner / CTE Gateway audits, including coding, EDI sequences, credits, and title accuracy.

Oversee Banner audits of course formatting, programming, and coding.

Build and maintain SFCC Bulletin Boards in CourseLeaf; conduct monthly audits of submissions.

Perform ACR coding audits to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Coordinate and provide agendas, invitations, and technical support for SDC and SFCC meetings.

Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights :

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. An equivalent combination of education and / or experience may substitute for the degree requirement.

Two years of experience working with course catalog, curriculum, and / or scheduling data within a student information system.

Work Location / Travel Expectations :

This position is located at CCCS - 9101 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230

Occasional travel within Colorado may be required.

Alternative work arrangements, including remote work, may be available. All work must be completed in the State of Colorado.
