Your Role : As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be pivotal in patient care :
Conduct patient assessments, create individualized care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve patient outcomes.Administer medications and manage treatments in accordance with hospital policies.Delegate tasks to non-licensed staff while ensuring adherence to practice standards.Provide pre- and post-operative care and educate patients on their treatment plans.Assist in developing discharge plans in coordination with the care team.Qualifications :
