Corporate Counsel, Licensed Attorney

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel. Key Responsibilities Drive the corporate legal function and lead cross-functional teams on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and financings Support SEC reporting and securities law compliance, including preparation of periodic reports and other materials Manage corporate governance matters and collaborate with various departments across the organization Required Qualifications 3-6 years of corporate legal experience in a relevant setting (law firm and / or prior in-house experience) Demonstrated ability to lead strategic transactions and cross-functional teams Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects JD, admitted to the Bar, with a distinctive academic record Experience in M&A transactions or debt finance transactions is preferred
