Systems Engineer (Cloud & Infrastructure) - MSP | Los Angeles, CA

Were a growth-minded cloud and security MSP with a tight, collaborative engineering team. Youll work on meaningful, mid-to-advanced buildouts for clients who value modern tech (strong footprint in architecture / engineering / construction), with time carved out for design, delivery, and learning. Must have MSP Experience!!!

What youll do

Lead and execute projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and core networking

Plan and deliver endpoint and data migrations (including SharePoint / OneDrive) with clean cutovers

Implement and tune Intune, Conditional Access, MFA, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP

Configure firewalls and site-to-site VPNs; ensure backup / BCDR readiness and periodic test restores

Document designs / runbooks and brief clients and teammates on changes and outcomes

Handle a focused queue of higher-value technical tasks; light after-hours rotation as needed

What makes you a great fit

5+ years hands-on in Microsoft-centric environments within a multi-client / MSP model

Comfortable owning build / migrate / optimize work across servers, M365, and Azure

Strong with Intune, Conditional Access, AD / GPO, DNS / DHCP, and Microsoft 365 migrations

Solid grasp of firewalls, VPNs, and secure network fundamentals

Clear communicator who can translate design choices into business value

Nice to have

Experience with AEC client environments

PowerShell / automation interest

Backup / BCDR platform proficiency
