About the Conversions Engineering Team

Narmi's Conversion Engineering team is pivotal to the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring that their banking customers have a seamless experience when they enroll into the Narmi platform for the first time. The team works directly with our bank and credit union customers, the Narmi Implementations team, and the other engineering teams to analyze, transform, and import customer existing online banking data into the Narmi platform. They drive business outcomes by executing to a very high standard, instilling confidence in how data will be handled, and ensuring a great experience and high customer satisfaction as our clients go live on Narmi digital banking.

The expected annual base salary for this role is $169,000 - $208,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
