Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist - (Cardio - CI Tech - CVIT)

• General Certification Requirements : BLS
• Certs : ARRT (R),and Washington state license, IV cert preferred
• How many scanners / rooms does this department have? : 3 rooms- 2

biplane, 1 single plane Always keep 1 room open for strokes. Hybrid

in OR- some run a CT / IR scanner.

can choose their call days based on their schedule- picking 4

weeknight and 2 weekends. Allowed to switch call days with others

if needed. 2 RNs and 2 IR techs on call team.

group of 9 that take call. Call starts on Fri at 6p till Mon at 7am.

scheduled call shift you work it. Do get holiday pay.

Vascular Interventional Technologist, Vascular

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : RAD-WA(Copy needed)

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed); R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); CERT-ARRT- VI(Copy needed)

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 1 year

References : 2 References in the last 12 months
