Software Development Contractor

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Python scripts and applications to support mission requirements.

Assist in debugging testing and documenting software components.

Collaborate with senior engineers and analysts to implement software solutions.

Participate in code reviews and follow secure coding practices.

Support integration and deployment of software in classified environments.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.

Experience : 0 2 years of professional experience in software development.

Preferences : Relevant certifications (e.g. Python Institute CompTIA Security) are a plus.

Skills :

Proficiency in Python programming.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control (e.g. Git).

Basic knowledge of secure coding principles and federal IT standards.

Ability to work in a team and follow technical guidance.
