About the Role :

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and direct care to patients in various healthcare settings. Minimum Qualifications :

• Current and valid CNA certification recognized by the Minnesota Department of Health.
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program within 4 months of hire.
• Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and infection control procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
