Director of Accounting

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to manage and build the accounting function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Run a fast, accurate monthly / quarterly / annual close across US and international entities

Own revenue recognition and maintain reconciled balance sheet accounts

Oversee tax filings, payroll, compliance processes, and audit preparations

Required Qualifications

8-12+ years of experience in accounting / finance, including Big 4 and startup experience

Deep knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606

Strong experience with NetSuite

Experience with multi-entity and cross-border structures

Ability to work with technical teams and translate accounting requirements
