Position Summary
The Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for implementing the Plan of Care for patients assigned which includes but is not limited to : Coordinating with the State Administrator and Authorization Specialists appropriate changes in the Plan of Care with regards to care provided, frequency, and referral to other services. The nurse is responsible for supervising and responsibly directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel utilizing both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for Aides and LPN's. This position will perform supervisory visits as needed.
