Job description
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer - Purchase.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted consultant to purchase borrowers, providing guidance on loan options
Understand borrower needs and recommend optimal loan products and pricing options
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company loan products and multi-state regulations
Required Qualifications
Recent mortgage loan origination experience required; call center environment preferred
Purchase experience is required
Must have a significant licensing footprint and meet NMLS requirements
Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport quickly
