Infant Teacher The Learning Experience, Brownsburg

Are you ready to nurture tiny hearts and minds during their most important developmental stage? At The Learning Experience Brownsburg , our Infant Teachers create a loving, safe, and stimulating environment where babies thrive and families feel supported.

What Youll Do :

  • Provide attentive, responsive care to infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months
  • Create a warm, consistent routine that supports feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules
  • Foster early development through sensory play, music, and gentle interaction
  • Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and milestone updates
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom that meets state and center standards
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and leaders who value your voice

    • What Were Looking For :

  • A heart for infants and a passion for early childhood education
  • Experience in infant care (preferred) and willingness to learn
  • CDA preferred, not required
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, nurturing presence
  • Reliability, patience, and a team-first attitude
