A day in the life.

This is a hybrid position, based out of our our Fort Lauderdale office, that may require in person client facing meetings.

As our Account Manager on the Employee Benefits team, you’ll

  • Manage annual planning timeline and ensure all client deliverables are prepared on a timely basis
  • Manage strategic planning, renewal & marketing, compliance, open enrollment, implementation and employee communication efforts for all assigned clients
  • Independently produce accurate and timely materials and consistently audit work product to minimize errors
  • Navigate our resources and leverage our carrier partners to advocate for and solve problems for clients, providing a great client experience and helping our retention efforts
  • Stay organized, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and proactively plan to meet deadlines and get in front of potential issues
  • Develop / simplify benefit guides

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current and valid Florida 2-15 insurance license
  • At least 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills
  • These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Experience with EPIC
