Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) seeks New Graduate Registered Nurses to join Vermont's First Accredited RN New Grad Residency Program. Units include Inpatient Medical Surgical / Telemetry / ICU and Emergency Medical.

Our program is specially designed to provide support, guidance and help develop a nurse's knowledge and skill during the first year of practice while transitioning into the constantly changing world of healthcare.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized, goal-directed nursing care. • Minimum Education :

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

Prior hospital or medical experience preferred.

Ability to obtain valid Vermont State Registered Nurse licensure by date of employment required.
