Now Hiring : Hospice Director of Nursing – Houston, TX (Galleria area)

Salary : $100,000 – $120,000 + Full Benefits

Are you a seasoned RN with a heart for hospice care and leadership? We're seeking a compassionate and driven Director of Nursing to lead a top-tier hospice team in Houston, TX . What You’ll Do :

Lead and supervise a dedicated interdisciplinary team (RN Case Managers, LPNs, CNAs, Chaplains, MSWs)

Ensure compliance with hospice guidelines and quality care standards

Oversee admissions, care planning, and the IDT process

Drive clinical excellence and operational growth

Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets and improve performance

What You’ll Need :

Active RN license in Texas

Minimum 2 years in healthcare (1+ year in hospice preferred)

Knowledge of hospice policies, regulations, and best practices

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Clean background and driving record
