Night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM. 0.9 FTE with 12-hour shifts. Commitment to 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks. Participation in 2 holidays (1 in summer and 1 in winter). Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000. Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000. Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200. Referral Bonuses for RN colleagues : $5,000. Military and Veteran friendly environment. Deliver patient-centered care across Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units. Adapt quickly to varying workflows while upholding clinical excellence. Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient experience and safety. Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience preferred. Flexibility in scheduling and working across multiple units. ACLS, NIHSS, and IV Ultrasound training provided. Cross-training for Charge Nurse roles available. Valid Registered Nurse license in state of practice. BLS certification from AHA. Completion of an accredited nursing program.
