Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Progressive Care Unit position at a community hospital, requiring a compact or MO RN license and recent specialty experience.

Job Details

• Work in a community hospital setting on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU),
• Patient ratio is 1 : 5,
• Floating may be required between departments, units, and facilities as needed,
• Night shift schedule : 3x12 hours, 18 : 45 - 07 : 15,
• Required to work 8 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period (combination of Friday, Saturday, Sunday),
• Holiday and charge RN assignments as needed,
• Care for a variety of patient populations including cardiac, neuro, oncology, and stepdown,
• Specialized procedures include post cardiac angiogram care, cardiac cath, post MI, dysrhythmia management, rapid response, feeding tube care, post hemodialysis, chest tube management, and wound vac,
• Use of telemetry and cardiovascular monitoring equipment,
• EMR system : EPIC,
