Position : Plant Manager

Location : Battle Creek, MI

Compensation : 160,000-170,000

Working Environment : Onsite role, 4 day work week

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a hands-on, strategic leader to oversee daily operations and drive performance across its facility. This role will lead production, safety, quality, supply chain, and team development while supporting long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities for Plant Manager :

• Lead all functional departments including production, engineering, quality, HR, and supply chain
• Oversee daily operations and ensure production goals are met
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
• Manage budgets, P&L, and performance metrics
• Build and mentor a high-performing team and foster a culture of accountability
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Collaborate with supply chain and customer teams to ensure quality and delivery
