The Inside Sales Associate plays a vital role in boosting revenue by adeptly conveying the value of products or services to potential customers and fostering relationships throughout the sales process.
Role and Responsibilities
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from prospective dealers
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Enters dealer orders promptly into CRM for processing
- Follow up with dealer post sales to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales and metric goals
- Obtain and maintains a high level of knowledge regarding product
- Performs other duties as assigned
Experience in musical accessories and instrument related sales or sales support role
Experience with and deep knowledge of guitars, basses and accessories
