Job Summary

Under the direction of Senior Information Services Leadership and in collaboration with hospital and medical group leadership, the Product Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of digital and analytics solutions, including Custom, Web, Mobile, Digital, and Analytics products. This role ensures these solutions support high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and operational efficiency.

The Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring consistency and integrity in adoption while serving as an internal and external advocate for analytics and application offerings. This position requires a unique blend of business and technical expertise, the ability to make decisions with imperfect information, and the capacity to lead without formal authority in complex and dynamic environments.

Additionally, this role collaborates with the PMO to set priorities, helping teams meet expectations, timelines, and deliverables. The Product Manager must be adept at relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic product development to drive business impact through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• O versee product design, development, and implementation for digital and analytics solutions.
• Ensure quality assurance of digital application solutions.
• Develop new product ideas based on engagement with department partners.
• Manage and execute all digital and analytics application activities, ensuring business objectives are met.
• Make strategic decisions in complex, ambiguous environments, leading without formal authority.
• Analyze and recommend technical solutions and integration strategies across the enterprise.
• Maintain alignment with Client  information systems architecture, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a thought leader and evangelist for analytics and applications.
• Ensure collaboration across clinical, business, and research functions for digital applications.
• Lead and mentor teams of developers, analysts, engineers, and integration specialists.
• Support data-driven decision-making and best practice sharing across the enterprise.
• Oversee application selection, RFP preparation, and vendor evaluation.
• Develop and execute the Information Services Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Deliver presentations to large audiences on product strategy and innovation.
• Work closely with the PMO to establish benchmarks, financial models, and evaluation metrics for product impact.
• Supervise technical staff to maintain product quality and innovation.
