Establish and track KPIs for quality performance , audit outcomes, and customer feedback to identify systemic issues and drive improvement.

Mentor and manage a growing QA / QC team, ensuring competency in welding codes, fabrication standards, inspection tools, and procedural compliance .

Champion a culture of quality, accountability, and regulatory awareness across the organization.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

10+ years of progressive experience in QA / QC roles within industrial fabrication, pressure vessel manufacturing, or energy-related sectors.

Long-term career opportunity with room for advancement and influence.

A technically rigorous and collaborative environment committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
