This is for a 6+ month contract assignment onsite in Dodgeville, WI. We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sr. Support Technician with a strong focus on Microsoft device management technologies and exceptional people engagement skills. This onsite role in Dodgeville, WI requires a proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can deliver outstanding technical and interpersonal support.
The position involves hands-on configuration and deployment of user devices, managing shipping / receiving for remote staff, and providing advanced troubleshooting for issues beyond the Service Desk scope-especially those requiring physical intervention. A collaborative mindset, clear communication, and a can-do attitude are
essential.
Core Responsibilities
o Azure AD / Entra ID
o Microsoft Intune for device compliance and lifecycle management
o Windows 11 Pro / Enterprise
o Windows / Mac laptops and desktops
o Mobile devices, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, conferencing gear

This is a Contract position based out of Dodgeville, WI.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 / hr.
