The Leadership School is an educational option that prepares students to be in the drivers seat of their own learning and to navigate the path toward the lives they imagine for themselves. We are the first public charter school in St. Louis County, paving the way for educational choice and opportunity for all families in the St. Louis area. We opened our doors in 2022 and serve K-4 students in the Normandy area. We are building our team of hardworking, results-oriented educators who embody our mission : to grow our students leadership capacity through earnest engagement in academically rigorous, culturally relevant, and relationship-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
Internalize and own provided curricula to deliver high-quality instruction every single dayPrepare supplemental resources that lead students to a deep understanding of content andImplement school-wide and classroom routines and procedures with fidelity to ensure a healthy learning environmentInspire high levels of student motivation and investment in meeting behavioral and academic expectations by implementing and maintaining clear and consistent expectationsAnalyze class and individual student performance, adjust lesson plans and instructional methods based on data, and create a long-term plan for unfinished learningCommunicate clearly and often with families to ensure alignment between school and home expectationsWhat We Offer
