POSITION SUMMARY

The Staff LPN is responsible for the daily treatment and services for Medication Assisted Treatment, assessment and response to medication assisted treatment under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing / Physician / Nursing Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities :

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing

LICENSE / CERTIFICATION : - Licensed in the State of New Jersey

EXPERIENCE :

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Demonstrates the technical competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position requires repetitive motion, hearing, pushing, reaching, and reading, seeing, speaking, standing and walking a majority of the time. Spends time with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, copier, and telephone.
