Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate / Senior Associate to join our team. This role will focus on supporting all aspects of the investment process-from deal sourcing and diligence to execution and ongoing portfolio management-as well as maintaining strong relationships with our LPs. The ideal candidate is analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to take on responsibility in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Analysis & Diligence

Conduct financial modeling, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking for prospective investments.

Assist in structuring transactions, drafting term sheets, and managing closing processes.

Help prepare LP updates, fundraising materials, and quarterly reporting.
