Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and create customized therapy plans to help them achieve their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions : Use evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with other OTs, physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide training and guidance to patients and their families for continued progress at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress : Track patients' improvements and adjust therapy plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR / L) license in MN.

Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred. New grads encouraged to apply.
