Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site role as General Manager is located in San Francisco, CA. The General Manager will oversee daily store operations, providing leadership to ensure excellent customer experiences and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing team performance, driving sales and profitability, upholding company standards, and fostering a people‑first culture. The General Manager will also collaborate with corporate teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire, coach, and drive employee engagement and development

Retail management experience, including sales strategy execution and achieving financial performance targets

Strong organizational and operational skills to effectively oversee daily store operations

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and create exceptional customer experiences

Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation strategies

Effective communication and problem‑solving skills to build relationships with customers, team members, and corporate staff

Proficiency in technology and experience using retail management systems is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
